Reasons for a Return
There are two primary reasons for a product return:
- Preference – The product does not meet the customer’s preferences related to color, fit, etc.
- Performance – The product has a performance defect upon use.
The return policy varies based on Preference & Performance and whether the item is a Headband or a Bag. Below is an outline of our return policy:
Return Policy Overview
Headbands
- Preference – Return up to 30 days for a refund or replacement
- Performance – Return up to 30 days for a refund
- Restock – Not accepted
Bags
- Preference – Return up to 30 days with tags attached for a refund or replacement
- Performance – Return up to 1 year for a replacement
- Restock – Accepted if there is no visible wear
