1. What You Can Return & Timeframe
Headbands
- Preference – Return up to 30 days for a refund or replacement
- Performance – Return up to 30 days for a refund
Bags
- Preference – Return up to 30 days with tags attached for a refund or replacement
- Performance – Return up to 1 year for a replacement
- Restock – Accepted if there is no visible wear
Almost Perfect or Final Sale Items
- Products marked as “Almost Perfect” are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. These items may have slight imperfections but are fully functional and handcrafted with care by our Aruna Artisans.
2. How Returns & Refunds Work
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only
Simply start your return by clicking "Start A Return" to receive a label and swing by your local UPS/USPS.
If you opted in and paid for Free Returns when you made your purchase, all returns and exchanges will be FREE.
If you didn't select the Free Returns, all other orders are subject to shipping costs on returns/exchanges.
